New Products and ServicesThe staff at Lansing Postal Community Credit Union and LAFCU are excited about the opportunities the upcoming merger provides for all our members.  We are working together to ensure the merger process goes smoothly for you. Over the next several months, we will be integrating the LAFCU and LPCCU accounts into one core system.  When this conversion is finished, you will have complete access to LAFCU’s products and services.  Until then, we anticipate the same seamless services you currently enjoy with no changes to your account.  

In the coming weeks, you’ll receive additional information that will include details on LAFCU’s products and services, and an explanation what the conversion will mean for you.  Please make sure that your personal information, including name, email, address and phone number are correct and up-to-date.

Your Account
Your accounts and services will be transitioned over to LAFCU effective July 1, 2018.  Your account number will change and a new membership card will be mailed the end of June.  You may notice some of your descriptions will be labeled differently; see chart below.

ATM, Debit Cards
If you currently have a ATM or Debit card; you will receive new cards in the mail at the end of June with information for activation and usage.  Your current ATM/Debit cards will continue to access your current account(s) until June 30, 2018.

Bill Pay
The last day you can schedule a bill to be paid through Bill Pay is June 15, 2018. All bills must be paid by June 30, 2018. Beginning July 1, 2018, you can sign-up for Bill Pay through Online Banking.

Credit Cards
If you are a current LPCCU credit card holder, you can continue to use your credit card. Additional information will be provided to you as we move forward.

You can continue to use your current checks until further notice.  Additional information will be provided to you as we move forward.

Electronic Payments
Current automatic ACH payments will be processed through June 29, 2018.  Further instructions will be sent to assist you in setting up electronic/ACH payments effective July 1, 2018

After the computer conversion has been completed on July 1, you will be able to access LAFCU’s nine locations as well as the current Lansing Postal Community Credit Union location.  The LPCCU staff will continue to assist you with all your financial needs.
