Saturday, February 22, we are excited to upgrade our credit card provider to give you enhanced benefits
and features.

Please review the information below as there are important changes for you to be aware of
prior to and during our credit card conversion. Should there be any unforeseen concerns, we are here to assist you.

Benefits and Feature

  • Digital Wallet will be available for LAFCU credit cards beginning Monday, February 24! You can download Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay, or Garmin Pay from the app store to get started. Click here for more information

  • The Rewards credit card will have new offerings for point usage and points will accumulate daily instead of monthly following March statements

  • The Signature credit card cash back rewards will accumulate daily instead of monthly following March statements

What You Need to Know

  • You will not be receiving a new card - your current LAFCU credit card will continue to work and will be replaced upon the expiration date listed on your card.

  • Credit card payment options will be unavailable Thursday, February 20 at 4 pm through Saturday, February 22 at 9 am

  • Cash advance options will be unavailable at LAFCU offices Thursday, February 20 at 4 pm through Wednesday, February 26 at 9 am. Cash advances will still be available at ATMs and other institutions.

  • The credit card tab within Online Banking will be unavailable beginning Friday, February 21. On Monday, February 24 you will have access to our new credit card tab within Online Banking.

  • If you are enrolled in credit card eStatements, to reactivate your eStatements login to Online Banking and click on the credit card tab to access the new portal and link your account. All members will receive a paper statement for the month of February.

  • The rewards website will be unavailable beginning Saturday, February 22. The site will be available again on Wednesday, February 26.

  • Transaction history will no longer be available within the LAFCU Mobile Banking app; you can still view your credit card transactions within Online Banking.

  • After Saturday, February 22, if you have any credit card questions, disputes, or your card is lost or stolen, call the new number, 833-371-8982.
